Before we meet: You'll complete a detailed pre-work questionnaire so we arrive fully prepared. No inefficient data gathering, no wasted time. We dive straight into what matters.

During the intensive: Two 90-minute sessions or one three-hour block — your choice based on what serves your situation best. This is my full diagnostic attention on your business for the entire duration. 

We identify what's structurally misaligned, what's working that you may be underselling, which levers are available to you that you're not pulling, and what specifically needs to change first to produce the fastest, most meaningful result.

After the intensive: Within 48 hours, you'll receive a comprehensive written action plan documenting exactly what we identified and the specific next steps to take. Not general notes. Not a transcript. A real, prioritized action plan you can hand to your team or execute yourself immediately.

Bonus Week of Voxer Access: Once you have the plan in hand and have had time to process, questions are bound to come up. For one week after your written action plan is delivered, you'll have direct Voxer access to me as you start implementing.
